The room includes a larger, handicap‑friendly private shower — thoughtfully designed for accessibility, so all guests can enjoy a comfortable experience. Calming aesthetics, ambient lighting, and attention to detail throughout. Prefer traditional heat? Try the Oceania suite.

How hot does it get?
Comfortable working range is 120 – 150 °F (49 – 65 °C) — notably lower than a steam sauna, but the infrared heat penetrates more deeply so the effect feels equivalent.
What should I wear?
A bathing suit, or nothing at all if you prefer — the suite is fully private. We provide robes and towels.
How often should I come?
For most people, once or twice a week produces the strongest sustained benefit. Daily is fine if you’re hydrated and feel called to.
Are there any contraindications?
Pregnancy, severe cardiovascular conditions, certain medications, and recent surgery can affect safety. Please disclose any conditions when booking — our team will guide you.
Can I pair this with the cold plunge?
Absolutely — that’s the full contrast experience. Consider booking our Private Contrast Suite for the guided protocol.
What should I do after?
Hydrate well, eat something light and warm, avoid hard cardio the same day. Most clients report better sleep that night — let it land.
